We do a lot of Executive Briefing many customers different from all regions. After the briefings, the answers vary depending on where they are on their buying cycles. However, I had a client recently who did not know what I was and NetScaler had to do deep technical dive into all the features NetScaler can do. Many different issues between slides and how it compares to other suppliers and how the topology would work in their current network and how the CLI compares to routers and so on. What is so rewarding at the end of the meeting, however they were impressed on the rich capabilities and features that have NetScaler wanted to start looking at the price.
I also features updates on current clients and even "wow" reaction when new features such as AppFlow, DataStream, updates on Application Firewall and new devices such as MPX 11500 that can Pay-as you-grow over 5x speed when customers need. And then they say it can also be upgraded to SDX 11500 when customers want to go to multi-tenancy, it really gets them excited!
Overall, there have been very positive and impactful reactions with customers both new product or looking for the latest features of the product. This shows why NetScaler is gaining market share in the Application Delivery Controller market.
