Welcome to my first blog about tips to come and useful tips for first time participants to come to Synergy 2012 in San Francisco, May 9 to 11. this is the first of a series of what I hope are useful blogs about making the most of your participation in Synergy.
to give you a little history about who I am, I'm the Lead Events for Global Synergy programs, and have happily worked for Citrix for the last 10 years, first with Americas Field Marketing displacement the corporate marketing in 04. I took the events leading title in 09 and since then, I head a small team of dynamic and motivated people, working closely with other Citrix groups help you bring the synergy and Summit, Äîthe channel partner event that precedes the synergy events Äîglobal.

tips to the participants for the first time
If this is your first Synergy event, prepare for an exciting and intense experience: interact with new people on site and online, absorb new information and ideas and to investigate the latest technology
Synergy 2012 offers more activities than ever before, so it AOS good. idea to have a plan to get the most out of the conference. Here are some tips to maximize the value of Synergy, aÌ even before you get to San Francisco.
Before Synergy
Get in the spirit by following Synergy social networking activity leading to the event, which can be accessed via the Latest News. You can also follow the discussion of the events and news on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
For a taste of what, AOS advance, check last year, AOS events Synergy watching TV to go live in early March. Then, in April, Synergy TV selected provide extensive short previews provided by presenters, and other content as the preview guide live stream programs on site, which will help you decide which sessions you want to attend.
Test and Training: Don, AOT forget to schedule your free Citrix certification exam now, pre-registration is necessary to obtain a seat, and register for instructor led learning Labs in March. Advance sign up for instructor-led Labs for previous participants, alumni, is now open, with Labs available to all participants regsitered March 12.
Another important part of the preparation for advance is organizing meetings on site. Launching March 19, the event's connection tool located in your My Synergy account microsite allows you to communicate with other participants and set up meetings face-to-face in the event of connection salon located in Moscone West, a meeting space with tables and wireless connectivity.
Synergy mobile, available for download in mid-April, is a feature-rich mobile tool that works with tablets and smartphones, including the Apple iPad and iPhone, BlackBerry and devices based on Android. It offers significant synergy resources at hand to you, Aore always in touch and informed.
Many possibilities for the latest information on Synergy, take advantage of on-site training, and connect with others before you hit the event in May.
