How to configure routers TorGuard with tomato step by step -

This tutorial will guide you through setting up the VPN service on a TorGuard Tomato router.
First, we assume your router already flashed with the latest Tomato firmware. To purchase a pre-flashed router configured with VPN account, please visit the store TorGuard

Step 1)

Go to your Tomato router to the default IP :. . Http: //192.168. 1.1 /

then go to Administration> Scripts and enter the following command:

USERNAME echo> /tmp/userpass.conf

echo WORD dE pAST >> /tmp/userpass.conf

chmod 0 /tmp/userpass.conf

Replace username with your username TorGuard VPN and password with your password TorGuard VPN.

Press " Save "

Step 2)

now we we need to download the latest OpenVPN config TorGuard bundle to get the IP address Port and certificate info.

.ovpn Open the file server you want to connect and record the information highlighted below:

then go to VPN Tunneling> Client> Basic

Enter the following information:

First WAN: See

Interface Type: TUN

Protocol: Select TCP or UDP (ovpn According to this example UDP)

server IP / Port :. Enter the IP address and port of the example above .ovpn

Port: to enter UDP and TCP 443 80

Firewall: automatic

authentication mode: TLS

extra authorization HMAC Disabled

Create NAT tunnel: check

PRESS SAVE

Step 3)

then go to VPN tunneling> Client> advanced

Use the following settings :.

sampling interval: 0

Redirecting: Clear

Accept the DNS configuration: Strict

encryption encryption: Use default

Compression: Adaptive

TSL Regeneration Time: -1

Log retry 30 (or you can set -1 for infinite)

In custom Configuration please paste the following:

persist-key

persist -tun

tls-customer

comp-lzo

verb 1

server- cert deviation ns

auth-user- pass /tmp/userpass.conf

PRESS SAVE

Step 4.)

then please go to VPN Tunneling> Client> keys

in the authority certification, paste the contents of the] .crt file [1945006delaconfigOpenVPNfichierquevousavezchoisideseconnecteràl'étape2

PRESS SAVE

Step 5.)

Congratulations, your router is configured to tomato with OpenVPN TorGuard.

You can now go to VPN Tunneling> Client> Status

simply press the " Start Now " to connect

to disconnect, press the " Stop Now " button as shown below :.
