This tutorial explains how you can get a game console (PS3 or Xbox), Smart TV or Internet device capable TorGuard use VPN via Internet connection Sharing (ICS).

This tutorial was made for Windows 7, but can be easily adaptable for all versions of Windows OS

you must first verify that your computer's IP address. We also need to know what the DHCP router IP addresses used. The most common range is 192.168.1.X or 192.168.0.X

To check please do the following:

Before configuring ICS, you must first configure the computer to have a static IP address

Under the " IP address " enter the static IP address that we have chosen (in this case 192.168.1.115 )

for the subnet mask enter " 255.255.255.0 " and enter DNS ( 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 ). Click the OK button.

Next we need to install and run the VPN connection. In this tutorial, we will link OpenVPN using Viscosity VPN TorGuard software.

Once the VPN tunnel has been configured to open the " Network and Sharing Center " and click on " Change Adapter Settings ".

Right click on the "" connection and click "Properties TorGuard". Select the Sharing tab.

Check " Allow other network users to connect through the internet conection box of the computer " and " Allow other users to control or disable the connection shared Internet "boxes. Click OK .

Next, connect to VPN TorGuard and check your connection to the What is my IP page.
