I am a researcher of the user experience within Citrix Product Design based in the UK (but looking to recruit participants in both the UK and the world, happy to accommodate time zones!). Through this research study, we hope to gain a better understanding of how information professionals create, deploy, and manage images to their virtual desktops and / or application servers. We are seeking to talk to people who currently have some role in image management within their business (whether for desktops or applications), and who would be willing to talk about their management processes the image. Discussion would include things like who is involved in different parts of the image management, the process to deploy / update an image, and where the challenges and pain points occurs. We would also like to get feedback on the initial design work underway to ensure that our current view reflects the needs and real-world processes. The data collected will be used to help our teams Citrix products better understand the experiences of real life of our customers and how we can improve our products going forward to make your work easier and more enjoyable.
