This allows both VPN and proxy clients to quickly access names and individual server protocols. If there were known issues and a server was offline for maintenance, it shows in the server status column. I do not know which proxy to use for P2P? This table Quick Access shows you exactly what to use proxies to download torrents anonymously or using a web proxy.
